Ningbo YiDa Casting Industrial Co., Ltd was established in 2007, located in Ningbo Binhai Economic Development Zone, with a plant area of 30,000 square meters. It enjoys convenient transportation, 40 km from Ningbo International Airport, 20 km from Ningbo Beilun Port Deepwater Terminal, and 5 km from expressway. Our company has 130 employees and more than 20 technical staffs.

With years of excellent reputation, our company has created a one-stop production service system of design, mold manufacturing, die-casting, machining, finishing, powder spraying, painting, electroplating and screen printing. In 2007, our company passed ISO9001, international standard quality management system certification. In 2019, company passed TS16949, quality system of automobile industry. Our professional production equipment includes 160 to 1600 tons of cold chamber die casting machine, 25 tons to 280 tons of hot chamber die casting machine, Switzerland 5 axis machining centers, German 4 axis machining centers, CNC lathe, wire cutting, electric pulse, drilling, cleaning, drying equipment, etc.. At present, it mainly produces auto parts, communication equipment, security parts, electrical parts, lighting parts, door and window hardware, valve parts and so on.

In order to build a modern manufacturing industrial enterprise, our company upgraded die-casting workshop in 2017 by using automatic pick-up machine, automatic sprayer, automatic trimming machine. We also set up a testing center, introduced inspection and testing instruments (spectral analyzer, three-coordinate measuring machine, metallurgical analysis, projectors, tensile machine, salt spray test equipment, etc.) Update mold manufacturing equipment (CNC center, mirror EDM, WEDM, and other equipment).
